Luggage On Me Service Policy

Welcome to Luggage On Me! To ensure a smooth and convenient experience, please carefully read the following notice:

 

 I. Service Overview

1. Service Description 

We offer hassle-free luggage handling services that allow you to travel without the burden of luggage. You can send your luggage between two addresses within our service area, and you can also store it at our facility and have it delivered at your specified date, time, and location.

 

2. Service Areas

  • Beijing Railway Station

  • Beijing South Railway Station

  • Beijing North Railway Station

  • Beijing ChaoYang Railway Station

  • Beijing FengTai Railway Station

b.     All Beijing addresses except those listed in 1 “Undeliverable”

c.      For addresses outside Beijing, our logistics partner SF Express will handle the collection on our behalf

a.     Transportation facilities in Beijing are the same as above.

b.     All Beijing addresses except those listed in Annex 1 “Undeliverable”.

c.      For addresses outside Beijing, our logistics partner SF Express will handle the delivery on our behalf, please note, that delivery between two non-Beijing addresses may not be available at this moment, if you need such service, please contact us in advance.

3. Operating Hours   

Our luggage shipping service is available 24/7, with specific pick-up and delivery times arranged according to your needs.

 

II. Booking Process

4. Where/How to Book 

We only accept online bookings. You can arrange our service through the following channels: 

 

When placing your order, please fill in the necessary information, including the pickup address, delivery address, pickup time, and expected delivery time. We encourage you to add our customer service WhatsApp/WeChat/Line account for more timely and efficient communication.

 

5. Advance Booking

We accept last-minute bookings; however, please try to make your reservation at least one hour in advance so that we can process your order.

 

6. Order Confirmation

After completing your booking, we will confirm your order details via email.

 

## III. Pricing Information

7. Fee 

The cost of luggage shipping varies based on size, weight, and location. The specific rates for one piece of luggage are as follows:

Within Beijing (If your address is not in our Remote Beijing List)

For luggage under 23 kilograms (50 pounds):

  • Carry-on size: 23 cm x 35 cm x 56 cm (9 in x 14 in x 22 in), including handles and wheels: ¥125

  • Check-in size: 76 cm x 52 cm x 30 cm (30 in x 20 in x 12 in) or 157 cm (62 total inches), including handles and wheels: ¥135

  • Oversize :(length + width + height) no more than 292 centimeters (115 inches): ¥200

For luggage up to 45 kilograms (100 pounds):

An additional fee of ¥10 will be charged for every kilogram (2 pounds) overweight.

For luggage over 292 centimeters (115 inches) and/or over 45 kilograms (100 pounds)

If your address is included in Annex 2" Beijing Remote Area List", a Beijing Remote Area Surcharge(F210)will be applied.

 

Shipping Outside Beijing to Beijing

In addition to the fees mentioned above, there will be an extra shipping fee based on your sending address, typically ranging from ¥200 to ¥500. For an accurate quote, please contact us.

Shipping From Beijing to Outside Beijing

Similarly, in addition to the above fees, an extra shipping fee will apply based on your delivery address, typically ranging from ¥200 to ¥500. Please contact us for an accurate quote.

Note: A piece of luggage refers to an individual object, such as a backpack or a suitcase. If you need to deliver a backpack and a suitcase, even if they are secured together with straps, please place your order for two pieces of luggage, as we cannot accept them as one piece of luggage.

 

8. Other Possible Charges

In most travel scenarios, the above fees represent the final cost (e.g., from the airport to common hotels/attractions/addresses). However, based on our experience, there are a few cases where you might still encounter additional charges. We have summarized all situations and amounts of Other Possible Charges for your reference in Annex 3.

 

9. Payment Methods

Payment can be made using the following options: 

  • Online payment (card/PayPal through websites) 

  • Chinese currency payment (supports cash, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.) 

  • Other currency payment (cash, available upon pick-up, a 2% foreign exchange surcharge will be added if you pay with currency other than USD and EUR)

  

10. Invoice Issuance 

If you require an invoice, please inform us during the booking process, and we will issue it according to your request.

 

IV. Preparing Your Luggage

11. luggage Safety 

To ensure the safety of your luggage, please make sure it is properly packed in a suitable suitcase or backpack. If your luggage is packed in cardboard boxes or other fragile packaging, we may require you to use paid boxes for additional protection.

Upon receiving your luggage, we will seal it with a security tag to ensure that it remains closed during transport. Additionally, we will use reusable luggage bags for external packaging. If you do not wish to utilize the above luggage protection measures, please inform us in advance.

If you need a paid cardboard box (¥30 each, code F901) for packaging your suitcase or backpack, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance.

 

12. Prohibited Items

Please ensure that your luggage does not include the following items, as doing so may prevent us from being able to assist you.  

  • Hazardous materials, including flammable, explosive, toxic, or corrosive substances 

  • Valuable items such as cash, jewelry, passports, etc. 

  • Other Items listed in the 'Regulations on Prohibited Items for Express Delivery, Annex 4' issued by the Chinese government.

 

V. Pick-Up and Delivery

13. Meet-up Time 

Please ensure that you meet our staff at the agreed time; otherwise, a waiting fee (S701) may apply. For luggage picked up from the airport, we will not charge any additional fees within two hours of your scheduled time. If your flight is expected to be delayed, please contact us promptly to adjust the pick-up time and avoid incurring extra charges.

For luggage delivered to the airport or picked up/delivered to other addresses, we will wait for you free of charge for 30 minutes. After this time, a waiting fee of ¥15 per piece of luggage will be charged for every additional half hour.

 

If the hotel front desk or concierge can accept your luggage, there will be no overtime fees.

If you arrive earlier than the agreed time, we will do our best to arrange an earlier pick-up, but we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate such requests.

 

We have staff stationed at both the airport and train station, so there is no need for you to wait for us to show up at the airport, although you may have to wait for the customer in front of you during peak times.

 

While luggage delivery may face unexpected situations, such as temporary traffic controls during transport, we will take these special circumstances into account and include sufficient buffer time.

 

In the unlikely event that our staff is delayed, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at any time, and we will be happy to provide you with double compensation based on our waiting fee policy mentioned earlier.

 

14. Average Delivery Time

Within Beijing

If you are sending luggage between an airport/train station and a major hotel or location in Beijing, the time from pickup to delivery usually will not exceed 6 hours. Please mention your preferred pickup and delivery times when placing your order; if time is tight, we will get in touch with you for better arrangements.

If you are sending luggage to remote areas in Beijing, the shipping time typically will not exceed 10 hours. In this case, we will contact you to confirm the specific delivery time.

 

From or To Addresses Outside of Beijing

For luggage sent from outside Beijing to Beijing Capital Airport, our service process involves two steps. First, our partner SF Express will send your luggage to our processing center in Beijing, which usually takes 1-3 days depending on your address. After that, we will deliver your luggage within 6 hours. Therefore, please ensure that your expected delivery time frame exceeds 1-3 days + 6 hours.

If you have special time arrangements, such as needing to catch a flight, please feel free to contact us and we will do our utmost to ensure you have a great experience with Luggage On Me.

 

15. Last mile/Go upstairs

We deliver the luggage to the hotel concierge, front desk, reception, or the ground floor of your residence with no extra charge. If you would like our staff to help carry your luggage upstairs, a fee of ¥15 per piece of luggage will apply (Upstairs Fee (S704)).

 

16. Difficult to access

For certain addresses that are difficult to access/reach or where parking is inconvenient, we will charge a “difficult to access fee (S702)”. If such fees apply, we will communicate with you before the pick-up

 

17. Keep Contact Accessible

Please keep your mobile phone accessible, as we may need to reach out for confirmation or updates. If it is convenient for you, please add our WhatsApp/WeChat/Line service account so that we can communicate more promptly.

 

VI. Liability and Claims

18. Liability Disclaimer 

We will make every effort to ensure the safety of your luggage. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, traffic accidents).

Additionally, we are not liable for any losses caused by items inside your luggage, such as leaks from unsealed shampoo bottles or fires caused by battery self-ignition.

 

19. Damage Claims

We will make every effort to ensure the safety of your luggage. When picking up and delivering your luggage, we will take photos of its appearance, seal tags, and the luggage receipt (if applicable, such as those issued by hotels) as a basis for determining any damage. 

If your luggage is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it to initiate a claim.

 

20. Claim Documentation 

For claims, please provide the following documents: 

  • Photos of the damaged or lost luggage 

  • Purchase receipts or proof of value for the luggage 

  • A copy of your identification document

 

21. insurance

Luggage insurance, priced at ¥20 per piece of luggage, is available with a maximum coverage amount of ¥3,000. Please contact us to purchase it before we pick up your luggage.

 

VII. Important Reminders

22. Information Confidentiality 

We commit to protecting your personal information and will not disclose it to third parties.

 

23. Government inspection

Although such situations are highly unlikely, please note that if your luggage is requested to be opened and inspected by relevant government authorities, we will comply with such requests and open the seal tag. We ensure that you will be notified immediately and will obtain any relevant inspection receipts possible.

 

24. Notice of Changes

Any amendments to this notice will be communicated to our customers in advance.

Annex 1. Undeliverable Addresses

If your delivery address is a hotel, transportation facility, or attraction, you can skip Annex 1. We maintain a record of addresses where luggage cannot be delivered and will keep it updated. Please click here for details.

Annex 2. Beijing Remote Area List

Beijing is a large city, with an area comparable to the size of Kuwait. In many cases, the delivery distance may easily exceed 60 kilometers. Therefore, we will charge extra fees for certain remote addresses.
