Beijing Remote Area Surcharge（S210）:
If your pickup or delivery address is in a remote location that is not covered by our regular service area, a surcharge will be added. The specific address and amount are concluded in our " Beijing Remote Area List".
Upstairs fee (S704):
We deliver the luggage to the hotel concierge/front desk/reception or the ground floor of your residence at no extra charge. If you would like our staff to help you carry your luggage upstairs, we will charge a fee of ￥15 per item.
Waiting fee (S701):
When pick-up/delivery, we will wait for you free of charge for 30 minutes, after this time, we will charge a waiting fee of ￥15 per piece of luggage for every half hour.
Difficult to access(S702)：
If your pickup/delivery address is in an area where vehicles are not allowed to access, such as inside parks, pedestrian streets, or restricted traffic zones, as well as in neighborhoods where parking is impossible to find, we may charge you an additional fee of 30 RMB per item.
Cardboard box (F901)：
Regardless of the size of your luggage, if you require a cardboard box for packaging, we will charge you an additional fee of 30 RMB, per item.
Annex 1. Undeliverable Addresses
If your delivery address is a hotel, transportation facility, or attraction, you can skip Annex 1. We maintain a record of addresses where luggage cannot be delivered and will keep it updated. Please click here for details.
Annex 2. Beijing Remote Area List
Beijing is a large city, with an area comparable to the size of Kuwait. In many cases, the delivery distance may easily exceed 60 kilometers. Therefore, we will charge extra fees for certain remote addresses.

Annex 4. Regulations on Prohibited Items for Express Delivery, PRC
