    A: Hotels, Residential Addresses, Airports, train stations, and attractions in Beijing. You can also send your luggage to most addresses outside Beijing using our service.
  • Q: Are there any undeliverable addresses in Beijing
    A: Yes, we do not provide service to some addresses, such as central and local Government Agencies, or military Addresses. For more information, please refer to this page.
  • Q: What should I do if I have special requirements for my luggage?
    A: Please inform us of any special requirements when you book, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
  • Q: What happens if I need to send luggage outside of Beijing?
    A: For addresses outside Beijing, our logistics partner SF Express will manage the collection and delivery.
  • Q: Is storage available at transportation facilities?
    A: Yes! Storage services are available at various transportation facilities throughout Beijing.
  • Q: What type of services do you offer?
    A: We provide hassle-free luggage handling services, allowing you to send, store, and receive your luggage at specified locations and times.

    A: As long as your address is not on this page, we can deliver your luggage. If your address cannot be serviced, we will contact you before the pickup."
  • Q: What are the pick-up locations for your service?
    A: For both luggage delivery and storage service, we can pick up and deliver to your specified location, such as airports, train stations, hotels, residential addresses, and attractions.
  • Q: How do I arrange a specific pick-up or delivery time?
    A: Pick-up and delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.
  • Q: Do you handle luggage at train stations in Beijing?
    A: Yes! We handle luggage at all major train stations in Beijing, including Beijing Railway Station and Beijing West/South/North/ChaoYang/FengTai Railway Station.
  • Q: For luggage storage, can I collect my luggage earlier?
    A: You can do this, but please contact us at least 6 hours in advance. Additionally, we will not be able to refund any remaining storage fees for that day
  • Q: Can you deliver luggage between two non-Beijing addresses?
    A: Delivery between two non-Beijing addresses may not be available; please contact us in advance for assistance.
  • Do you operate at Daxing Airport?
    Yes, we do. We pick up and deliver to both Beijing Capital airport and Beijing Daxing airport.

    A: You can book our service online by visiting our website at www.luggageonme.com or through third-party travel booking platforms. Make sure to fill in all required details, including pickup and delivery addresses, pickup time, and expected delivery time.

    A: After you complete your booking, we will send you an email confirming your order details.

    A: When placing your order, please provide contact along with the necessary information, including the pickup address, delivery address, pickup time, and expected delivery time.

    A: An extra fee of ¥10 will be charged for every kilogram overweight.

    A: A piece of luggage refers to an individual object, such as a backpack or a suitcase. If you need to deliver a backpack and a suitcase, even if they are secured together with straps, please place your order for two pieces of luggage, as we cannot consider them as one piece of luggage.
  • Q: What payment methods are accepted?
    A: Payment can be made in USD/EUR online (card/PayPal), in Chinese currency (cash, Alipay, WeChat Pay), or foreign currencies other than USD/EUR (with a 2% exchange surcharge).
  • Q: Can I ship luggage over 292 centimeters (115 inches) and/or 45 kilograms (100 pounds)?
    A: In most cases, if your luggage is being transported by plane or will be sent by plane, we can likely assist you, but please be sure to contact customer service first.

    A: The cost varies based on size, weight, and delivery address. For most Beijing addresses, the price is fixed. However, for some remote addresses in Beijing, the price may increase.

    A: Upon picking up your luggage, we will seal it with a security tag to ensure it remains closed during transport and use reusable luggage bags for external protection.

    A: Yes, if you do not wish to utilize the provided protection measures, please inform us in advance.
  • Q: What kind of items are prohibited in my luggage?
    A: Prohibited items include hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, toxic, or corrosive substances), valuable items (cash, jewelry, passports), and other items listed in the 'Regulations on Prohibited Items for Express Delivery' issued by local government.
  • Q: How should I pack my luggage for safety?
    A: Ensure it is properly packed in a suitable suitcase or backpack. Avoid only using cardboard boxes or fragile packaging.
  • Q: How can I obtain a cardboard box for my suitcase or backpack?
    A: You can request a paid cardboard box (¥30 each) by letting us know at least 12 hours in advance.
  • Q: What should I do if I'm unsure about an item being allowed in my luggage?
    A: Please check the 'Regulations on Prohibited Items for Express Delivery' issued by local government or contact us for clarification.
  • Q: Will I have to wait for you to show up at the airport?
    A: No, our staff are stationed at both the airport and train station, though you might need to wait for the customer in front of you during peak times.

    A: The shipping time typically will not exceed 10 hours, and we will confirm the specific delivery time with you.
  • Q: Are there any waiting fees if I send my luggage directly to my hotel concierge?
    A: No, there will be no overtime fees.

    A: The time from pickup to delivery usually will not exceed 6 hours for major hotels or locations.

    A:No, We deliver the luggage to the hotel concierge, front desk, reception, or the ground floor of your residence with no extra charge.

    A: If requested, we will comply with government authorities, open the seal tag, and notify you immediately while obtaining any relevant inspection receipts.
  • Q: How long will you wait for me without extra charge (pick up at the airport not included)?
    A: We will wait free of charge for 30 minutes; after that, a waiting fee of ¥15 per piece of luggage will be charged for every additional half hour.
  • Q: How long will you wait for me without extra charge if my flight is delayed?
    A: We will not charge any additional fees within two hours of your scheduled flight arrival time.
  • Q: Is there an extra charge for delivering luggage upstairs?
    A: Yes, there will be a fee of ¥15 per piece of luggage for carrying it upstairs.
  • Q: What should I do if my flight is delayed?
    A: Please contact us promptly to adjust the pick-up time and avoid incurring extra charges.
  • Q: What happens if I don't meet your staff at the agreed time?
    A: A waiting fee may apply.
  • Q: What is the "difficult to access fee"?
    A: This fee applies for certain addresses that are hard to reach or where parking is inconvenient; we will communicate this fee before pickup. Note: if your address is a hotel, we will not charge such a fee.
  • Q: Can I request an earlier pick-up if I arrive before the agreed time?
    A: We will do our best to arrange an earlier pick-up, but we cannot guarantee it.
  • Q: What's the process for luggage sent from outside Beijing to Beijing Capital Airport?
    A: First, SF Express will send your luggage to our processing center in Beijing (1-3 days), followed by our delivery within 6 hours.
  • Q: Are you responsible for delays or losses due to unforeseen circumstances?
    A: No, we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters.
  • Q: How can I purchase luggage insurance?
    A: Please contact us to purchase luggage insurance before we pick up your luggage.
  • Q: What documentation is required for a damage claim?
    A: You need to provide photos of the damaged or lost luggage, purchase receipts or proof of value, and a copy of your identification document.
  • Q: Is there any extra insurance available for my luggage?
    A: Yes, luggage insurance is available at ¥20 per piece of luggage, with a maximum coverage amount of ¥3,000.
  • Q: What should I do if my luggage is damaged or lost during shipping?
    A: Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your luggage to initiate a claim.

    A: We are not liable for losses caused by items inside your luggage, such as leaks from unsealed shampoo bottles or fires caused by battery self-ignition.
